How to apply:

Send an email to contato@savrebrasil.com.br with:

• Subject : "Exchange" or "Return"
• Order number
• Item model and size
• Reason for request (helps us improve!)

Our process:

📦 After we receive the product back:

• We do a quick analysis on up to 2 business days
• Request authorized:
  • Exchanges : We send your new item + free shipping (for size changes!)
  • Refunds : We refund to the original payment method.

To be approved:

• The piece must be:
  • Without any use
  • With original label attached
  • In perfect packaging
    (Damaged or altered items cannot be accepted)
